Baroque! The name suggest that it is a quite a boring game. But to be frank, it is very boring in the initial 20-25 minutes play. You need to have patience till that time. By this time you would have felt that what game I am playing! You would have created a bad impression about the game in your mind.

Guys this is not true. Once you cross the boring levels, you enter a world of such fascinating characters and the twists that you feel that you are playing the unique role and get inspired and enjoy the game thoroughly. You must develop the habit of playing to the depth; you will enjoy a very good game. Do post your personal reviews so that we can share with others.

It's a widely known fact in the gaming universe that cinematic legend Steven Spielberg has teamed up wit Electronic Arts to create a series of games.  Boom Blox was announced as the first product of this union, a weird puzzle game that may (or may not) operate on the "paper" concept prevalent in Paper Mario.  Being able to switch between 2D and 3D is a pretty nice selling point to some.  In Europe.

On May 9th, Boom Blox will be released to the European Wii market.  Described as a "cross between Jenga and a domino set", the title promises to bring a lot of fun across the pond this spring.  Live in the U.S.?  Surprise!  Boom Blox arrives here on May 6th, three days earlier!

The Wii has been suffering pretty hard, hoping that a baseball game would come along and improve its rep with sports fans.  The Bigs was not the game that the console needed (or maybe wanted), so Nintendo had to take matters into their own hands.  Ladies and gents, Super Mario Baseball is in the works.

It looks like the title will be released in Japan first (surprise!), but there's no way to keep americans from getting their mitts on it sometime after.  Taking a look at the screenshots, we're stoked.  There are different ballparks, as well as Mario wielding his famous fireballs.  Fire and a wooden bat?  Hey, whatever Nintendo thinks is best.

Sonic Lives! 04/08/2008

There's been a lot of speculation about the existence of Sonic Unleased.  Screenshots had been "leaked", questionable video had gone viral, and no one in charge was speaking up to say anything at all to confirm or deny.  Sega of Europe has now stepped up with a press release that legitimizes the rumors of Sonic's return.  And yes, he'll be coming to the Wii.

Utilizing what Sega has dubber the "Hedgehog Engine", Sonic Unleashed is a side-scroller with 3D-rendered graphics.  There werewolf rumors get a little traction with a line in the press release stating "As the sun sets in Sonic Unleashed, a different type of adventure will awaken in Sonic's newest quest."  Huzzah!

Sam's Club is a great place to find a good deal on a 12-pack of instant mac & cheese, do-it-yourself computer desks, maybe a huge jug of soy sauce.  Well, Wal-Mart has a blog and it says that Sam's Club will be throwing a launch party for Mario Kart Wii.  Who would'be thought that you could pick up a lifetime supply of ramen noodles and one of the hottest games of the year in the same place?

According to the Wal-Mart blog, the launch party will begin on Sunday, April 27th, at midnight.  Each of the stores will have a minimum of 15 Wii systems in stock also, so it sounds like a great time for all things Wii.  Be sure to sign up for a Sam's Club membership to take advantage of what the blog calls a "GREAT price" on the game.

GH: Aerosmith has gotten better. If you're an Aerosmith fan, it's because there are now songs from other artists that you can play along with select Aerosmith songs.  If you're not a fan, you're happy because now you'll have songs to play that aren't by Aerosmith.  It's a win-win for all.

Some of the new songs for GH: Aerosmith include Cheap Trick's "Dream Police" and The Kinks' "All Day and All Night".  Seventies fans get their fix with Mott the Hoople's "All the Young Dudes", while Eighties lovers have Joan Jett's "Hate Myself for Loving You."  Rock on.

Easter is a great time for trinkets, candy, and egg hunts with the little kids.  By the looks of things, it's also a great time for a video game sale.  That's what Play-Asia's counting on, so get your baskets out!

Play-Asia's got an "Easter Egg" sale going on and it's massive.  If you've got the Freeloader (allows you to play Wii games from other regions), be sure to check out their large selection of non-U.S. games that you can now play.  If you don't have the Freeloader, you migh wanna get one soon.  How else are you going to play games that you're not supposed to be playing yet?
